A window to the outside world

Certification allows you to communicate the strengths of your organization to the outside world in a credible and trustworthy manner.

For this purpose, FragMitAb will issue a certificate indicating the employee satisfaction level based on the survey. The prerequisite is an employee satisfaction level of at least 60%.

A summary of the results will then be available on the FragMitAb website so that outsiders can form their own opinion.

The certificate does not come with any additional costs and is only issued in connection with the employee survey.
