Who is FragMitAb?

Till Tinsahli is behind FragMitAb.

Hello, I'm Till.

  • I grew up in rural Baden-Württemberg with a migrant background.

  • I completed my high school diploma in Eppingen.

  • Before that, I worked as a newspaper delivery boy and then as a postman.

  • I studied economics at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg.

  • During that time, I worked as a gardener.

  • After graduating, I returned to Deutsche Post as a delivery person to save money for my master's degree.

  • I completed a master's degree in Psychology in Business and Economics at Católica Lisbon (in English).

  • During my master's degree, I completed an internship in the marketing department at BLANCO GmbH.

  • After completing my master's degree, I worked as a trainee in sales and recruiting at Hays in Basel.

  • I then spent almost two years as a consultant at Great Place To Work.

  • This was followed by a brief return to recruiting

  • To join CRIF GmbH as a contract and tender manager

  • To then found FragMitAB

I speak three languages, have lived in three countries, and grew up between two cultures.

I have experience in physical work in production and logistics as well as gardening, learned scientific methods during my studies, and then had the opportunity to work for companies both externally and internally.

I now bring this wealth of experience to conducting and deriving organizational culture measures. This means you can both benefit from my deep experience and get a balanced but honest perspective on your organizational culture.

My goal is to enable all organizations to conduct confidential and anonymized surveys. I firmly believe that a good and vibrant organizational culture allows all employees to enjoy their work, which in turn enables them to work better, more productively, and more efficiently.

I want to create win-win situations at fair prices.
