Setting up and testing the survey
The survey is set up by FragMirAb and sent to the project managers for testing.

A quick check-in before the survey goes live to ensure that everything runs smoothly once it goes live.
Launch of the survey
Usually, the survey is live for two weeks.
During the survey
FragMitAb will keep you updated on the response rate.
Reminders will be sent out halfway through.
A check-in can be arranged if you wish.
Result analysis
The analysis is carried out by FragMitAb and takes only a few days.
The results will then be presented to you in a presentation and discussion.

You will receive an analysis tool that allows you to independently break down and analyze the results anonymously and confidentially at all levels for which more than five responses are available.

Frequently asked questions
How is confidentiality ensured?
Only groups with at least five responses are visible in the evaluation and evaluation tool. Regardless of team level, gender, or age group, a minimum of five responses is always required.
However, no responses are lost. They are always included in the overall results and (if available) in the next higher organizational level, provided that at least five responses are available there (e.g., team -> department (...)).
Is the survey GDPR/DSGVO compliant?
The employee survey complies with GDPR/DSGVO. The survey itself is conducted via a server in Germany. For evaluation purposes, the data is then stored and evaluated only on a local device.
AVVs/DPAs have been signed with all partners and are also signed with customers before each project.
How long does a survey project take?
From kick-off to the presentation of results, a project takes at least one month. Depending on the size of the organization, it can also take two months.
However, it is recommended to plan for a longer time frame, primarily to ensure that all details of the survey can be communicated thoroughly to employees.
What happens after the survey?
In any case, it is recommended that the results be communicated to employees as soon as possible and in as much detail as possible.
Measures should also be derived from the results. After all, a survey is only as good as what is done with it.
Measures can be derived independently with the help of the evaluation tool. Of course, FragMitAb is also happy to support you with a measures workshop.
How does the certification process work?
The certificate is always based on the employee survey. To obtain it, a satisfaction rating of at least 60% must be achieved and a minimum number of participants must be exceeded.
The certificate shows the exact satisfaction rating, and the average results of the five survey dimensions are published on the FragMitAb website. This allows outsiders to get an idea of what has been certified and how.

In which languages is the survey available?
German and English are currently available. However, additional languages can be added upon request.
Survey without an email address?
No problem, the survey can be conducted via QR code. Either with or without an access password for all employees.
Where does FraMitAb conduct surveys?
FragMitAb offers employee surveys primarily in the DACH region.
How can the works council (Betriebsrat) be involved?
FagMitAb will be happy to present the process and all details to the works council in an online call. Upon request, this can also take place in person on site, in which case travel costs and expenses will be invoiced.
Can additional questions be added to the standard questionnaire?
Up to ten additional questions can be added to the standard questionnaire at no extra cost.
