Action Workshop
Reaching the right conclusions
A survey is always only the first step in a long process. Based on the findings from the survey, measures must be derived in the follow-up.
All parties involved should come together for this purpose:
Employee representatives
Human Resources Department/HR
Management
Only when everyone communicates with each other can measures be decided upon that benefit everyone.
This takes place in the FragMitAb Action Workshop.
What does the workshop include?
On-site
Approximately 6 hours (excluding breaks)
Max. 12 participants
Moderation and preparation by FragMitAb
The event is tailored to the results of the survey
To develop concrete measures for improving and further developing the organizational structure
About the workshop
Since each workshop is individually designed, there is only a rough standard procedure:
Start with an introduction, setting the framework and expectations
Discuss strengths and how they can be developed and maintained
General discussion of weaknesses
Prioritization of weaknesses (usually in small groups)
Presentation of the prioritization
Discussion of the different prioritizations
Deciding on the most important points
Discussion of possible measures for the most important points (usually in small groups)
Presentation of the measures
Discussion of the measures
Deciding on measures
Setting milestones with time frames
This is a framework for a standard workshop. Depending on requirements, number of participants, and results, a workshop may deviate from this framework.
